Very warm and friendly staff. Timely appointments, quick consultation and easy process.

So so. It's was $80 for 30 min but will really only spend 10 min with the actual physiotherapist.. Rest of the time you will be farmed out to the assistants that will plug something in and leave you there. Not really worth the time and money even if it is covered. Didn't feel like a genuine desire to help. I went for a TMJ issue which required manual release by the physiotherapist/owner. I made that clear in my first session and requested I not be reassigned mid way to hook up to a machine with an assistant. The request was ignored and she continued on this way. Every appointment was about 10 min with the actual physiotherapist and rest on a machine with an assistant. Unfortunately this is common now at many physiotherapy clinics (which is why I was clear at the beginning) where profit is prioritized over client care. They make a lot more money from using assistants. Why spend 30 min when you can spend 10 min and charge the same 🤷 The machines had very little benefits. After a handful of treatments it was clear what the owners real intentions were based on the treatment method... I was just a cog in the machine so I stopped going back. Very much a waste of time, money, resulting in further delayed (actual) treatment because of these antics.

I’ve played high-level sports for many years and, over that time, I’ve worked with at least a dozen physiotherapists for various injuries. Without hesitation, I can say that Jas is the best physiotherapist I’ve seen ever seen. She has truly gifted healing hands and an exceptional understanding of how to help the body recover and heal. Her skill, knowledge, and care set her apart from the rest.

A friend's recommendation proved helpful. The staff are gentle, friendly and efficient. The physiotherapist Jinesh Ninan is a knowledgeable professional who made a quick assessment and treated my condition in a timely manner. Should the issue re-occur, I would go back without hesitation. As the clinic is located in a plaza off Brown's Line, parking is not a concern.

I highly recommend New Age. Professional, experts in their multiple fields - providing a range of services. They deeply care about their clients wellness, physical abilities and driving improvement. I see Jim regularly for both prehab and rehab as well as Jas for acute physio issues.

I had a wonderful session today! Jaswinder was incredibly professional and attentive. TMJ can be so tricky to treat, but I felt very comfortable and well-cared for. Thank you for the great service!

I've seen 3 competent, smart, gentle, and truly helpful therapists at New Age Physio. In a nutshell I'd say that the front desk staff's attitude and incompetence is undermining their great work. Whenever I booked online, my appointments were almost always re-booked, sometimes randomly with a different therapist (hence why I ended up getting to know so many different ones, but I would have preferred to have continued with the same one and not have to explain everything every time). The therapists themselves were too polite to throw the front-end staff under the bus, but I could sense they were as confused as I was by the changes. So five stars for the professionals, zero stars for admin.

Excellent service at New Age Physio! Petar Grkinic is a fantastic physiotherapist—knowledgeable, thorough, and effective. He helped me get back on my feet quickly after my injury. The team is friendly and the facility is top-notch.

I was so distressed when I had a work place injury and referred for physiotherapy by my physician. Initially, I had been apprehensive on reaching the New Age Physio as it was my first experience visiting such clinic. But later, I realized that I am in right place and with the right person to treat me until recovery. A well managed and purposefully equipped clinic which is being run by a highly skilled and dedicated team of specialized persons. The clinic is clean and hygienically well maintained. I will do injustice if I don't mention about Mr. Peter, the Physiotherapist who worked relentlessly to let me recover very best. No doubt that he is a highly skilled and dedicated professional one can expect out of such clinic. The support staffs are also amiable, caring and well trained to deal with all clients. Any person in search of a suitable destination for physiotherapy, I would like to recommend this to be the number one choice.

I was referred by my dentist to see Jas for my TMJ jaw pain and related headaches. After multiple sessions with Jas my jaw pain has significantly decreased and my jaw is so much more relaxed. I have also learned techniques for self-massage at home, which has been so helpful. I’m so thankful to the whole team here, every one is so nice and accommodating! If you have jaw pain/TMJ I highly recommend going to see Jas!!

Had a TMJ consult with Jas. She is quite educated, experienced and friendly. My questions were answered patiently. I decided to go for treatments. Parking space free and available. Location is easy to find (same plaza as Farmboy). Reception is organized which is refreshing. Will update after a few sessions.
